This Broadman & Gray grand is currently for sale and on display at the Quispamsis Public Library. Broadman & Gray pianos were a builder located in Boston but like many piano names they fell apart around the depression/ war era. Asking $3000. This piano is all original so all its strings/ action part are all well aged. The problem sometimes with that is strings can start to break and small action parts can start to get faulty glue joints. It could be used as is however it would be so much better if it could be restored. One of the issues it could have is a very light key weight which could be caused by worn out springs and or faulty glue joints. A restoration project like this could range from $5000+ depending on the customer demands.
